Blue Potato Chips with Rosemary

I like to know what’s in it. For that reason I like to prepare even potato chips at home. It is anyway a rare situation that I eat potato chips as I am not a huge fan of potatoes. So why not homemade? I prefer the blue potatoes.

Dessert from Acorn Squash

One day I discovered that I really like puree from the acorn squash as a nice little dessert because the acorn squash is quite sweet. So I decided that I will have it not too seldom at my menu.

Pumpkin Pancakes

This is my favorite dish on a lazy Sunday. It is perfect! Especially when the weather is foggy and cold. Your place will smell lovely and warm. And so will taste these pancakes, too.

Watermelon Strawberry Pops

I enjoy homemade ice pops a lot! It is good to know that there is something refreshing and healthy in the freezer on warm summer days. This one comes in an amazing color! I prefer to keep some of the liquid to drink. Just yummy, frozen as well as liquid.

Frozen Pineapple Candy

Frozen Pineapple Candy

Yum! Even if I am not a huge fan of sweet fruits… these little frozen pieces I do like. You know what?! It is just frozen pineapple. As I am reacting to the fruit acid of the pineapple, I like most that the acid seems to disappear in the frozen fruit.

Mixed Berry Yogurt Popsicle

Of course you can use fresh fruits. I tested it with frozen (thawed) berries and was pretty happy about the result. So there is the possibility to prepare them also in the winter season. Maybe with a little bit of cinnamon or so. Yum.

Breakfast Coconut Cookies

Breakfast Coconut Cookies

From time to time to have a cookie for breakfast is something special and delicious to me. They are gluten-free. But they easily become dry. With three eggs I am pretty happy. Feel free to add more! Re-warm these cookies the next day or just freeze them to enjoy another day.

Hazelnut Cookies

Hazelnut Cookies

These cookies are winners for me because you will only need few ingredients and they are not time-consuming until you can enjoy them. Preparing the hazelnut meal by yourself means you will need more time. But at the end the cookies will be more tasty and will smell incredible. So delicious.
